I am now 8 months pregnant. I am surprised at the waves of Anxiety/Fear that I am feeling. I didn’t remember having those feelings (or not so often/intense) with my previous 2 pregnancies.

So how do I deal with them? I am acknowledging these feelings, breathing deeply and observe them. I am not my thoughts/feelings. I am doing daily meditations (10 minutes- keeping it real in my crazy life) to calm my mind. I am accepting them. I am trying to dig deep inside me to understadmnd where they come from (journaling really helps me). I am loving harder: myself and others (hugging my kids really helps). And I am practicing patience and surrender.
As hard as it is, I need to TRUST that things will be OK.
