I am nuts about NUTS and lots of my clients are surprised about it. When I suggest them to increase their nut intake, the first comment I get is “What about the calories? What about the fat?”… so let’s clarify why I like them so much. Besides nuts being delicious, versatile and widely available, here are the top benefits:
