I strongly believe each of us is an inter-related universe: what we eat, what we think, what we believe, how we sleep, how we move, the relationships we foster…everything has an impact on the whole Me and may affect our probabilities of fulfilling our goals.

This is why I use a holistic approach to help you achieve your goals: blending nutrition, psychology, coaching, yoga, relaxation techniques and mindfulness.
